Menna is an education enthusiast passionate about creating an environment where children can excel in their unique ways. With a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Marketing and exposure to International Business courses, she brings a wealth of academic knowledge to her role as School Coordinator at the Schoolhouse in Dar-es-Salaam. Her extensive experience in research and early childhood education, including her role as an assistant teacher at Hodari Christian School, reflects her deep commitment to teaching.
Menna believes in studying each child’s journey, recognizing their uniqueness, and nurturing curiosity, confidence and resilience through learning. She is a strong advocate for play-based education, understanding its vital role in fostering holistic development. Her contributions to research projects at esteemed institutions such as the Mwanza Medical Research Centre (MITU) and the Ifakara Health Institute further enrich her ability to drive academic excellence at the Schoolhouse.
